How do I place an order?

Orders are placed online. You will find on this website all product options that you can order; meals to eat now - deliveries are available between 8am and 10pm (11pm Friday and Saturday); pre-cooked meals - refrigerated vacuum-packed meals which can be refrigerated for 30 days or frozen for 90 days; artisanal bakery and pastry; grocery and beverages.

Payments

Payment can be made online with credit/debit card or PayPal. Or offline by bank transfer, where you must send proof of payment to encomendas@bbgourmet.net.

Deliveries 

​

We have no minimum order. Please expect 30 to 60 minutes from the time of ordering for deliveries up to 10km. We deliver to the address you indicate or you can pick up at a bbgourmet store.

Deliveries up to 10km from bbgourmet Maiorca (Boavista):

• 10€ - orders up to 10€

• 3€ - orders between 10€ and 60€

• Free - orders over 60€

Deliveries between 10 and 20km from bbgourmet Maiorca (Boavista):

• 20€ - orders up to 10€

• 10€ - orders between 10€ and 60€

• 5€ - orders over 60€

Product and payment returns

​

We accept product returns whenever the customer has not consumed it and is practically intact. We refund the payment made, except for the delivery amount. To this end, the customer must go to the nearest bbgourmet store with the product.
